The 1701 Bayou Bomb is our take on the traditional "Texas Twinkie". We start with a large jalapeño, wrap it in bacon, then fill it with barbecue and cream cheese. To finish, we lightly dust it with our house-blended Cajun seasoning for an extra kick.
